Description:

SAB Outlook Rules is a utility that will list all of the rules defined in Outlook -- their conditions, actions and exceptions. It will also produced a list sorted by rule name which is usefull if you have a lot of rules and are trying to track down why some have (1) at the end.

There is an option to execute the rules as they are listed and another to stop after each rule is executed. This is usefull when trying to figure out why a message got routed to the wrong folder.

It only reads information from Outlook -- it does not change anything. It will not start Outlook if it is not already running.
